A simple 12x12 layout I did featuring Eureka Springs, Arkansas, where my hubby and I eloped. I love blues and browns together, and I love taking architectural photos as well - especially when they are historic buildings.
I made this little Trick or Treat gift box for Cindy as well. I used an old Godiva Truffles box that I had saved. No Cricut or Cuttlebug here - just good old paper, glitter chipboard, ribbon, stickers, and dimensional paint! I also wrapped the Hershey's Nuggets inside the box with patterned paper.
Here are two more views of the can: a close up of the tree, on which I used the Cuttlebug folders to emboss and then inked over the embossing; and also a view of the can from the top.
I did this can for a Fall Paint Can Swap I was in on the Cricut MB. My friend, Cindy, was my can sister and I had so much fun decorating it for her - as well as buying all the fun goodies to stuff in side! I used a variety of items on the can, but the Cricut cartridges I used were Paper Pups, Opposites Attract, and Beyond Birthdays. I also used my Cuttlebug and the folders Swiss Dots and Divine Swirls.
I am married to the love of my life and together we have a 15 yr old son & 7 yr old fur baby. I am a freelance writer and SAHM. I love crafting, as well as being with my family. I adore paper and anything I can create with it. Feel free to email me about anything at scrapcandydesigns @ yahoo.com
“He was despised and rejected by mankind, a man of suffering, and familiar with pain. Like one from whom people hide their faces he was despised, and we held him in low esteem. Surely he took up our pain and bore our suffering, yet we considered him punished by God, stricken by him, and afflicted.” -Isaiah 53:3-4
